This website (mm.espousalconstruction.com) is operated by Espousal, which presents Dubai property projects, including Sobha Central by Sobha Realty. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Your name and email address, and — only if you choose to give them — your phone number and city
- The project you asked about and the type of request (for example price list or brochure)
- The page you were on, the time of your enquiry, and how you found us (for example an ad campaign name)
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by email (or by phone, if you gave a number)
- To send you the price list, floor plans and brochures you asked for
- To tell you about new projects, only if you registered for project alerts
- To understand which of our ads and pages are useful
We do not sell your information.
3. Who we share it with
Your details are used by the Espousal sales team. If you decide to buy or reserve a home, we share the details needed for that with the developer, with your agreement. We use these service providers to run the website: Google (Google Sheets, to store enquiries), FormSubmit (to deliver enquiry emails), Meta (Facebook/Instagram, to measure our ads) and GitHub Pages (hosting).
4. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when someone views a page or sends an enquiry, so we can measure our ads. Meta may use cookies for this. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings and block or delete cookies in your browser.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to help you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Email masroorshad@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Please do not send passport, bank or other sensitive documents through the website forms.
